Midland Towbars are Open for business as usual!

With so much uncertainty in our community at the moment we wanted to let you know about how we are going. We are currently open for business as usual and will continue to be as permitted. In light of all that is happening in our community, we have considered some new service options so that we can help protect your health and remain Open for business as usual!

To help protect your health, we want to give you a “contactless” service. We can achieve this for you in 2 ways:

1. Early drop off
   1. our gates are open from 6am and you are welcome to park your vehicle in our safe off-street parking area and leave your keys in our secure key drop box
   2. we can accept payment
      1. over the phone
      2. bank transfer
      3. good ol’ cash in an envelope!
   3. We can park your vehicle in our safe off-street parking area, leave your keys in your vehicle once we have completed our installation, and we will keep a watchful eye on your vehicle until you arrive to pick it up!
2. Mobile service
   1. we can now “come to your premises”! All we require:
      1. is a level working space for our mobile van and your vehicle
      2. access to power
      3. the keys for your vehicle
   2. we can accept payment
      1. over the phone
      2. bank transfer

Through both options, there is no requirement for any contact, keeping you and our staff safe from passing on any virus’s or infections and protecting your health in the process.
